4. User Conduct
You agree to use IntelliDimension in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. You must not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or the AI Companions.

• Upload or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.

5. Content Ownership and Usage
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to IntelliDimension. However, by using the services, you grant IntelliDimension a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the services.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by IntelliDimension or its licensors. You may not use any content from IntelliDimension for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us or our licensors.
